Submit your event/s. Note that we limit event listings mainly to free or inexpensive public events in Wellesley, such as talks, films, theatre productions, concerts, etc. This is not a place for businesses to promote themselves, their classes, etc. Please don’t submit events that run for weeks and weeks. We approve event listings before they go live, typically within 24 hours.
No business sales, trunk shows, etc. (those would be paid advertisements). Please go easy on the ALL CAPS, exclamation points!!!!, etc.
We also appreciate any contributions to support our independent journalism venture.
Thanks, Deborah & Bob

Eyes on Owls
Thursday, February 22
5:00-6:00 pm OR 7:00-8:00 pm, Wakelin Room
Eyes on Owls returns to the Wellesley Free Library! Everyone loves owls – yet, how often do
you get to see an owl up close? Mark and Marcia share the field marks, signs and naturalist’s
skills that you can use to find wild owls without disturbing them. You will also meet six live
owls (from small to huge) up close. Everyone participates in a hooting lesson and learns tips on
how to attract and protect owls near you. Families with children of all ages can attend either the
5:00-6:00 pm or the 7:00-8:00 pm show. Please sign up for only one show or wait list. Since
space is limited, both adults and children should reserve seats for these performances.
Registration required starting February 15.
