Submit your event/s. Note that we limit event listings mainly to free or inexpensive public events in Wellesley, such as talks, films, theatre productions, concerts, etc. This is not a place for businesses to promote themselves, their classes, etc. Please don’t submit events that run for weeks and weeks. We approve event listings before they go live, typically within 24 hours.
No business sales, trunk shows, etc. (those would be paid advertisements). Please go easy on the ALL CAPS, exclamation points!!!!, etc.
We also appreciate any contributions to support our independent journalism venture.
Thanks, Deborah & Bob

Forum on Wellesley School Referendum
February 26, 2020 @ 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm
The League of Women Voters Wellesley will hold a public forum on Wednesday, February 26, 7-8:30pm in the Wakelin Room of the Wellesley Free Library to discuss the citizen-initiated non-binding referendum question which will be included on the March 17 Town Election ballot. Wellesley residents are invited to attend this forum to learn about the issues addressed by the question, which asks residents about their views on future school building needs. Representatives of both the “yes” and “no” campaigns will present their positions, and community members will have the opportunity to ask questions. The event will be recorded by Wellesley Media for online viewing by those unable to attend in person.
To learn about the candidates running for town office this year, come to the LWV Meet The Candidates Night on March 12 at the Wellesley Middle School (doors open at 6:30pm) or visit Vote411.org.
