Jazz Pops Ensemble at Wellesley College’s Jewett Center

Join jazz bass faculty member Mark Henry and his ensemble for a joyful midday concert (Oct. 5, 1pm), featuring a blend of jazz and pop standards. Combining elements of the classical style with free-flowing improvisations, the Jazz Pops Ensemble has a cohesiveness and a spontaneity that is both swinging and mellow.
The Jazz Pops Ensemble are: Mark Henry, bass, Michael Monaghan, saxophone, Bob Winter, piano, and Jon Hazilla, drums.
