Submit your event/s. Note that we limit event listings mainly to free or inexpensive public events in Wellesley, such as talks, films, theatre productions, concerts, etc. This is not a place for businesses to promote themselves, their classes, etc. Please don’t submit events that run for weeks and weeks. We approve event listings before they go live, typically within 24 hours.
No business sales, trunk shows, etc. (those would be paid advertisements). Please go easy on the ALL CAPS, exclamation points!!!!, etc.
We also appreciate any contributions to support our independent journalism venture.
Thanks, Deborah & Bob

Learn about the Fruitlands Museum
November 20, 2017 @ 10:00 am - 11:00 am
If you’ve heard of the Fruitlands Museum, but aren’t sure why it’s special or even where it is, curator Shana Dumont Garr will clear things up during a 10 a.m.presentation for the Greater Boston Cultural Institutions class of Wellesley-Weston Lifetime Learning. The WWLL fall term is already under way at the Unitarian Universalist Society at 309 Washington Street in Wellesley, but seniors of all local towns are welcome to sample a class free of charge and enjoy a coffee-and-cookies social afterwards. Shana holds a masters degree in Art History from Boston University and has an extensive arts background. For questions about WWLL courses, see the wwllcourses.org website, send emails to inf[email protected], or call 781-205-4204. Selected videos can be viewed on YouTube by searching for Wellesley-Weston Lifetime Learning.
