Note that we limit event listings mainly to free or inexpensive public events in Wellesley, such as talks, films, theatre productions, concerts, etc. This is not a place for businesses to promote themselves, their classes, etc. Please don’t submit events that run for weeks and weeks. We approve event listings before they go live, typically within 24 hours.
No business sales, trunk shows, etc. (those would be paid advertisements). Please go easy on the ALL CAPS, exclamation points!!!!, etc.

Massachusetts Primary Election day is Tuesday, Sept. 1
Massachusetts Primary Election day is Tuesday, September 1, 2026.
Registered voters will cast primary ballots for candidates running for elected offices in the Commonwealth. Read the Primary Election Warrant.
The last day for early in-person voting at Wellesley Town Hall is Friday, August 28 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Please note: Town Hall will be open until 5 p.m. for voting only. All department offices close at noon on Friday.
Election Day Voting
On Primary Election Day, September 1, voting locations will be open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. for in-person voting. Locations are as follows:
- Precincts A & C: Upham Elementary School, 35 Wynnewood Road
- Precinct B: Sprague Elementary School, 401 School Street
- Precincts D & E: Warren Building, 90 Washington Street
- Precincts F & G: Shipley Center, Dana Hall School, 142 Grove Street
- Precinct H: Tolles Parsons Center, Council on Aging, 500 Washington Street

Vote by Mail
Voters who chose to Vote by Mail must return completed ballots by Primary Election Day. Please allow time for mailing back to Town Hall.
Completed ballots also may be dropped in the secure ballot drop box on the Washington Street side of Town Hall, or returned directly to the Town Clerk’s office during business hours.
All Vote by Mail ballots must be received by 8 p.m. on Primary Election Day to be properly counted.
