Needham Art in Bloom, opening day
Back for the 18th year is Needham Art in Bloom, a collaboration between the Temple Beth Shalom Garden Club (TBSGC) and Needham High School Fine Arts Department. Inspired by the Museum of Fine Arts Boston’s annual event, TBSGC members create floral arrangements interpreting artwork by Needham High School students. This free exhibit features 50 mixed-media student artworks paired with floral designs by members of the Temple Beth Shalom, and members of the Kalmia and Needham Garden Clubs.
The exhibit will be held at the Needham Free Public Library on Saturday, March 14 from 9 am–5 pm (live floral demonstration at 11 am) and on Sunday, March 15 from 1–4 pm (live floral demonstration at 1:30 pm). A silent auction of select floral arrangements will run all weekend.
