We approve event listings before they go live, typically within 24 hours.

Opening day—Friends of the Needham Public Library Spring Book Sale
The Friends of the Needham Public Library will host their Spring Book Sale in the Community Room at the Needham Public Library starting Friday, May 29 from 12-4 pm, on Saturday, May 30, from 9 am – 4 pm, and on Sunday, May 31, from 1-4 pm. Individually priced books in the Friends’ Book Shop (now on the 2nd floor in the Bosworth Room) will be half-price starting at 12 pm on Friday. Hardcovers and trade paperbacks are $1, mass market paperbacks are 50 cents, and CDs and DVDs are $1. Sunday is bargain day during which all items are half-price and a brown bag of books is $8. Fiction, general non-fiction, some separate non-fiction categories, children’s youth, and young adult books and more.
