Rules of the Ride—bike handling and confidence for 5th to 8th graders
Rules of the Ride is a fun, hands-on way to learn bike handling and confidence for 5th to 8th graders. This year’s event is Sunday, June 7 from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at the Wellesley High School parking lot. Participants will learn how to ride safely and how to legally use critical skills training from MassBike instructors. The event includes a guided ride led by the Wellesley Police Department. During the event, helmets and bikes will be checked for proper fit and safety before moving into brief group instruction and the guided ride. Participants need a rideable bike, closed-toed shoes, and a helmet. Registration is required. (use Activity #231505).
