DESCRIPTION: In this interactive workshop, participants will learn how to recognize common biases such as loss aversion, overconfidence, anchoring, and herd mentality in oneself and others. The group will take a trip down memory lane and examine how collective investor behavior can lead to market inefficiencies, bubbles, and crashes that traditional financial models might not explain. We will also review techniques to help participants make more rational and informed financial decisions.
Constantino (Tino) De Lollis is a Senior Facilitator at Impact Performance Group (IPG) in Wellesley. He has more than three decades of experience in the financial services industry.
