Symposium on ecological gardening design/techniques in your yard

On Wednesday, November 7, Massachusetts Horticultural Society (MassHort) will host a symposium on ecological gardening design and techniques at their home, The Gardens at Elm Bank.
Attendees will discover environmentally-friendly ways that make garden maintenance easier. Presentations will review methods of organic land care, introduce you to native shrubs, and share what you can plant to support pollinators. Presented by Evelyn Lee, professional flower farmer and owner of Butternut Gardens LLC; Karen Longeteig, landscape designer and owner of Going Native Gardens; and Kim Smith, landscape designer and owner of Kim Smith Designs.
