Wellesley affordable housing rental units meeting

The new Nines building located at 40 Williams St. is hosting a public information meeting via Zoom on Tuesday, June 28, to share info about the new rental development offering 88 affordable housing units. Local preference is given for Wellesley residents, Town of Wellesley staff, Wellesley Public Schools staff, Wellesley employees, and families whose children attend Wellesley Schools (METCO). The complete application can be found here.
The monthly rents are: Studio – $1,807; One Bedroom – $2,113; Two Bedroom – $2,337; Three Bedroom – $2,560. Tenants are responsible for all utilities. A utility allowance has been deducted from the rents. All affordable units will be distributed by lottery as outlined in the attached package.
