Submit your event/s here. Note that we limit event listings mainly to free or inexpensive public events in Wellesley, such as talks, films, theatre productions, concerts, etc. This is not a place for businesses to promote themselves, their classes, etc. Please don’t submit events that run for weeks and weeks. We approve event listings before they go live, typically within 24 hours.
No business sales, trunk shows, etc. (those would be paid advertisements). Please go easy on the ALL CAPS, exclamation points!!!!, etc.
We also appreciate any contributions to support our independent journalism venture.
Thanks, Deborah & Bob

Wellesley Rotary meeting to feature heat pump talk
September 21, 2021 @ 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm
The Rotary Club of Wellesley’s Sept. 21 meeting will feature energy consultant Chris Haringa, who will share information about the Municipal Light Plant’s Clean Comfort campaign to encourage air source heat pump installations for heating and cooling.
Ellen Korpi, Chair of Wellesley’s Light Board, will also speak to the Clean Comfort campaign’s role in Wellesley’s efforts to lower emissions.
Haringa was engaged by the MLP to provide unbiased advice to people considering an heat pump installation. He has developed quality assurance processes to better support contractors and customers in adopting heat pumps.
