Lake Waban at Wellesley College—8 beautiful pictures

For decades walkers enjoyed looping Lake Waban along a path partly owned by the Hunnewell family, partly owned by Wellesley College. During COVID, access slammed shut to all but the family and Wellesley College students, faculty and staff. In 2021, the College welcomed everyone back to its section of the lake. The Hunnewell family-owned part—not so much.

Sadly for the general public, this wonderful walk is rarely accessible—(unless you happen upon one of the days the gates are unlocked.)
