Wellesley Town Hall can’t take a bad picture. In the snow, on a spring day, if it’s under construction—it doesn’t matter. The gracious Romanesque stone building designed by Shaw & Hunnewell and built between 1881 and 1886 is always pretty.
The historic building, located at 525 Washington St., reopened Dec. 2024 after a long closure for interior renovations.
During renovations, Wellesley Town Hall employees did business at 888 Worcester St. (route 9, eastbound side).
