Just 11% of registered Wellesley voters turned out Tuesday for the Special Town Election to consider debt exclusion questions to fund capital projects for Fiske and Schofield elementary schools, and to replace Wellesley Middle School windows that have been around since the 1950s. But of those that did, the overwhelming majority voted in favor of spending to fix the old facilities.
