Maximum household income limits: $91,200 (1 person); $104,200 (2 people); $117,250 (3 people); $130,250 (4 people); $140,700 (5 people); $151,100 (6 people).
The deadline to apply is November 19.

The most recent previous affordable housing lottery in Wellesley took place in summer 2023, when applications were accepted for a chance to score one of four condominiums at Terrazza on Linden St. Those two bedroom homes, ranging from 1,778 square feet to 2,655 square feet, were sold for $272,800 (along with condo fees of $100/month) to households with incomes at or below 80% of the Area Median Income.
