Wellesley Free Library director Christopher Lindquist has resigned after just 6 months on the job, according to a Wellesley Townsman report. The story says no explanation for the departure was made public, but that the head of the staff association had good things to say about Lindquist and that the staff is sorry to see him go.
The library staff recently settled on a new contract after some tense negotiations.
