Joshua Frank, the Wellesley Middle School principal who announced his resignation suddenly last June without any explanation of why from him or the school district, has re-emerged as assistant principal at Randolph High School in Randolph, Mass.
Frank is part of a new administrative team at Randolph High led by Russell Cron, who had been the assistant principal there and whose promotion opened up a job for Frank. The former Wellesley school administrator is in charge of curriculum, instruction and professional development at Randolph High.
Frank became principal of Wellesley Middle School in 2008, and while he was popular with students and many parents, backing by teachers was more mixed.
