A page one article in the Boston Globe recently proclaimed that Wellesley is undergoing “a real estate renaissance.” New restaurants and retailers are filling the COVID-era vacancies. New multi-family developments are popping up. The town’s first bio labs are in the permitting stage. And a remarkable two-thirds of Wellesley’s office product has recently been sold or is on the market for sale. Join us for a discussion with landlords and town officials exploring the big changes happening in Wellesley’s real estate market. We’ll look at the changes happening now in Wellesley, whether or not it is sustainable, and explore whether or not this trend is unique to Wellesley or part of something bigger that’s happening in our western suburbs.
