NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS ON THE REAPPLICATION FOR THE PREVIOUSLY DENIED PROJECT OF SIGNIFICANT IMPACT SPECIAL PERMIT FOR THE TOLLES-PARSONS SENIOR CENTER, TO CONSIDER CONSENTING TO HEAR THE APPLICATION AND TO CONSIDER FINDING SPECIFIC AND MATERIAL CHANGES
To be held by the Planning Board at a meeting to begin at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, June 1, 2015 in the Great Hall in Town Hall, 525 Washington Street
The Town of Wellesley Board of Selectmen and Permanent Building Committee have reapplied for a Project of Significant Impact Special Permit for the Tolles-Parsons Senior Center project at 494 and 496 Washington Street, previously denied by the Planning Board. In accordance with Chapter 40A, Section 16, of the Massachusetts General Laws, and Section XXV of the Zoning Bylaw, the Planning Board will hold a public hearing to consider consenting to hear the application, and, if such consent is granted, hold a public hearing, acting as Special Permit Granting Authority, to consider whether there have been specific and material changes in the conditions upon which the previous denial of the special permit was based.
