There will be a lot going on at Schofield Elementary School on Sunday, June 4 between the annual 5K Road Race and Fun Fair, so perhaps it’s a good idea that the usual silent auction for the first time will be online this year. So you can get your auction action out of the way between now and June 3 at 5pm, then pick up your winnings on June 4 while you’re enjoying the race and fair.
Auction items include a signed Gronk jersey, Red Sox Green Monster seats and the much coveted Linden Store sandwich a week during the school year deal, among other things.
The road race starts at 9:30am on Sunday (kids’ fun run at 10:30am), with the Fun Fair following from 10:45am to 12:45pm at the school at 27 Cedar St. The fair will feature games, activities such as an inflatable obstacle course, plus food and drinks. More details on the whole shebang here.
