The 2010 census showed residents numbered 27,982.
Wellesley’s estimated population as of July 1, 2025 is 31,239, an increase of almost 12% over the 15-year period from 2010 – 2025.
These numbers indicate a positive growth trend, reflecting an average annual growth rate of approximately 0.74% during this timeframe.
The next official Census will take place in 2030.
